QuitClear

Terms of Use

Effective 27 September 2026 · Koreta Technology Inc.

These terms cover your use of the QuitClear app. By using it, you agree to them.

The app

Koreta Technology Inc. grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use QuitClear on devices you own or control. Don’t copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.

Not medical advice

QuitClear provides general wellness information to support quitting nicotine. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional advice. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist about quitting aids. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services (in the U.S. and Canada, call or text 988).

Purchases

QuitClear Premium is a one-time purchase processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. Use “Restore purchases” in the app to recover Premium on a new device signed in to the same store account.

App Store users

If you downloaded QuitClear from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.

Your data

Your quit data stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

No warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Koreta Technology Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
