A note on vaping evidence

Most research on what happens after quitting is on cigarettes. Evidence specific to e-cigarettes is still emerging, so for vaping the app relies on nicotine pharmacology (which is the same however nicotine is delivered) and on withdrawal research, and says so where a claim is less certain — for example, reports of easier breathing after quitting vaping.
